The goal of this event is to raise a significant amount of money to increase our scholarships, classroom grants, and building grants to the Indian Valley School District. Since its inception in 2009, the Foundation has given a total of $650,357 in support of the Indian Valley School System. This includes $459,000 for college scholarships, $90,357 for classroom grants, and $101,000 to the four school buildings and Buckeye Career Center as building grants, The Foundation Board Members want to grow our fundraising efforts to increase our support of our students, teachers, and administrators.
We would like your help and support in our efforts. You can help in several ways:
- Becoming an Event Sponsor$1,000 Sponsorship - Reserves an entire table for eight with eight tickets to the event
- $500 Sponsorship - Includes four tickets to the event
- $250 Sponsorship - Includes two tickets to the event
- $125 Sponsorship - Includes one ticket to the event
- Becoming a Corporate Sponsor
- Diamond Level ($3,500) - Sponsors the Live Auction - Reserves 16 tickets to the event, a full-page ad in our program, three 4'x5' Posters and a full-page ad on our scrolling video screen
- Platinum Level ($3,000) - Sponsors the Silent Auction - Reserves 14 tickets to the event, a 3/4-page ad in our program, three 3'x4' Posters and a full-page ad on our scrolling video screen
- Gold Level ($2,500) - Sponsors the Hor d' Oeuvres - Reserves 12 tickets to the event, a 1/2-page ad in our program, two 3'x4' Posters and a 1/2-page ad on our scrolling video screen
- Silver Level ($2,000) - Sponsors the Program - Reserves 10 tickets to the event, a 1/4-page ad in our program, small signage on each table, and a 1/4-page ad on our scrolling video screen
- Bronze Level ($1,500) - Sponsors the Decorations - Reserves 8 tickets to the event, a 1/8-page ad in our program, small signage on each table, and a 1/4-page ad on our scrolling video screen
- Donating an item for the live or silent auction
- Donating a gift card ($25 to $100) for the gift card pull
- Donating wine for the wine pull
- Purchasing tickets to attend the event
