IVF Gala Fundraiser

Due to concerns surrounding the pandemic, the IVF Board has done everything possible to safely hold the Gala in 2020, including rescheduling the event twice. We continue to see significant issues and restrictions due COVID-19 and out of abundance of caution we did not feel we could safely hold the event in 2020. We are determined that there will be a Gala in 2021 and Saturday, July 24, 2021 is our date. We will post further updates on our Facebook and web pages and feel free to contact IVF with any questions. Again, we thank all our sponsors, donors, and ticket purchasers for your support, trust and patience during this unpredictable pandemic. All tickets will be honored when the event is re-scheduled. We have many items ready for the 2021 Gala that will be available in the live as well as the silent auction. Check back for pictures of a sample of what has been donated. Below is the tentative information for our 2021 event. These plans are subject to change due to our current situation.
Silent Auction - Live Auction - Live Music
The Indian Valley Foundation is planning its 3rd Annual Gala to be held on July 24th, 2021 at the Schoenbrunn Inn Conference Center (Formerly the Lewis Center) in New Philadelphia from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM. The 2018 and the 2019 Spring Galas were a tremendous success and we want to make this event even better.
The tentative agenda for this event is as follows:
- Dinner (Catered by the Log Cabin Catering) - $50 per plate
- Entertainment – Live Music
- Chance to win a gift basket ($50 value) or a gift card ($25 - $100)
- Live Auction
- Silent Auction
- Wine Pull
- Gift Card Pull
The goal of this event is to raise a significant amount of money to increase our scholarships, classroom grants, and building grants to the Indian Valley School District. Since its inception in 2009, the Foundation has given $154,600 to college scholarships, $56,000 to building grants, and $32,900 to classroom grants. The Foundation Board Members want to grow our fundraising efforts to increase our support of our students, teachers, and administrators.
We would like your help and support in our efforts. You can help in several ways:
Becoming an Event Sponsor
- $1,000 Sponsorship – reserves an entire table for eight with eight tickets to the event
- $500 Sponsorship – includes four tickets to the event
- $250 Sponsorship – includes two tickets to the event
- $125 Sponsorship – Includes one ticket to the event
Donating an item for the live or silent auction
- Donating a gift card ($25 to $100) for the gift card pull
- Donating wine for the wine pull
- Purchasing tickets to attend the event
Covid-19 Event Conformity
The IVF Board has made changes and additions to the venue to assure everyone’s comfort and safety while conforming to the Covid-19 guidelines.
We are using the indoor climate controlled Conference Center area exclusively for dinner and live auction. We are adding a 40’ x 80’ tent to house the silent auction items, gift card pull, wine pull, Hors d’ Oeuvres, Extra Wine & Beer Bar and High Top Table Area. (diagram below)
We believe this should help make this a safe and fun event.
We want to make this a very memorable annual event where we all come together to enjoy good food, music, and have fun while raising money for the Indian Valley School District.
